The weekly rebate lands automatically every Saturday before noon Eastern — no claiming, no codes. Net losses are calculated as bets minus payouts minus bonuses received, on a Saturday–Friday cycle, and you need a $25+ purchase in the window to qualify.

VIP & Rewards FAQ

How do reward points actually accrue?

The system reviews your bets by game every hour, at half past. Wagers from the previous hour convert to points and land in your rewards balance — but only once your rolling total passes $25 in bets. Below that, points are held until you cross the line.

How do I redeem points?

Click the avatar in the top right, open the Rewards tab and enter how many points to convert — in multiples of 1,000, minimum 2,000. They turn into bonus credits on the spot.

Do tournament prizes count toward leveling up?

No. Only points earned from wagers push your account toward the next level. Prize points are still spendable, they just don't climb the ladder.

What is the weekly rebate exactly?

From Bay Front up, a slice of any net losses (bets minus payouts minus bonuses received) is credited back automatically on Saturday before 12PM ET. It needs a $25+ purchase during the Saturday–Friday window to qualify.
